We prepare honey biscuit. Mix honey and baking soda in a pot, and heat on low until foam forms.
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Soda: 2 teaspoons

Add 100 grams of butter, stirring constantly until the butter is completely melted.
- Butter: 150 g

Beat 2 eggs with a cup of sugar, slowly add to our pot with the honey mixture.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 1 glass

Add a cup of flour and mix well. The dough becomes liquid, almost airy.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

Pour into a baking dish and send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on the diameter of the dish).

While the biscuit is baking, we make the cream. For this, mix half a can of condensed milk with half a glass of cow's milk. Beat in an egg and mix well again. Place on low heat, stirring constantly to cook the cream while gradually adding two tablespoons of flour. Continue stirring until thickened.
- Condensed milk: 200 g
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

Remove the cream from heat and whisk in 50 g of butter.
- Butter: 150 g

Take the biscuit out of the oven and cut it into two layers. Spread the cream on the bottom layer.

We place the sliced banana circles along the diameter of the cake layer. Then we put the second layer on top and spread cream on it.
- Bananas: 2 pieces

We decorate with sliced strawberries or other berries as desired.
