Crack the eggs and add sugar to a bowl. Whisk until foam forms.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Add cottage cheese, baking soda, and lemon juice to the egg mixture. Whip the cottage cheese mixture until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 300 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
