Chocolate fondant pie with pears and a liquid center is an exquisite dessert that has won the hearts of gourmets worldwide. Its roots trace back to French cuisine, where fondant became a symbol of sophistication and passion for chocolate. The delicate structure of the pie, combining a rich chocolate flavor with a melting center, offers true delight. The addition of sweet, slightly caramelized pears gives it fruity freshness and an exquisite aroma. This dessert is perfect for special occasions—a romantic dinner, a formal reception, or simply to indulge yourself on a cozy evening. Served warm, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or soft cream. The chocolate euphoria captured in every bite will make you fall in love with this pie at first taste.

1
We melt butter and chocolate in a water bath.
- Butter: 200 g
- Dark chocolate: 300 g
2
Beat the obtained mass to a uniform consistency with a glass of sugar (you can use cane sugar, it will give the pie a greater aroma, but I also use regular sugar).
- Sugar: 1 glass
3
Add eggs to the mixture, whisk well again. Add flour, whisk well again.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Wheat flour: 100 g
4
In a pre-greased mold (the mold is greased in the style of a 'French shirt' so that the finished pie comes off the mold better without disturbing the main feature of the pie - the liquid chocolate center.
5
First, we grease the mold with butter and then sprinkle a little flour, shaking off the excess) we pour in the batter and insert the pears (I use Conference pears, choosing slightly softer ones so they can soften and release juice while the pie bakes).
- Butter: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Pears: 4 pieces
6
Send to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Chocolate madness is ready :)
