1
Dough: Chop 100 g of butter with flour (rub by hand into crumbs). Add 5 tablespoons of water, knead the dough (if it sticks too much, you can add a little more flour) and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Butter: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 6 tablespoons
- Water: 8 tablespoons
2
Filling: peel the fruits from the skin and pits, cut into wedges, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Apple: 3 pieces
- Pears: 2 pieces
- Lemon: to taste

Place the fruits in a heated pan, add sugar, cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons of water. After the water boils, simmer the fruits for another 3 minutes and remove them until softened. Bring the remaining syrup in the pan to caramel while stirring. Add 100 g of butter and mix until smooth.
