In a deep container, mix soft butter with honey, sugar, ginger, and cinnamon.

- Honey: 60 g
- Brown sugar: 40 g
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Grated ginger: 2 teaspoons

Sift both types of flour with baking powder and salt into the obtained mass, then pour in room temperature water and mix everything thoroughly.
- Oat flour: 100 g
- Whole grain flour: 120 g
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: pinch
- Water: 50 ml

Preheat the oven to 200*. Use a teaspoon to scoop the dough, roll it into balls, slightly flatten each one, and place them on the prepared baking sheet (1 cm apart).
