Rye pancakes with kefir, cinnamon and honey

A great weekend breakfast. The pancakes are thin, flavorful and very tender. They go perfectly with honey.

Sift the flour with baking soda and cinnamon.
- Rye flour: 1 glass
- Soda: pinch
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons

In a separate bowl, beat the egg until light foam forms. Add salt.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste

Pour a glass of boiling water, stir, and add a glass of kefir.
- Boiling water: 1 glass
- Kefir: 1 glass

Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid, mixing thoroughly (I do this with a mixer) to avoid lumps.
- Rye flour: 1 glass

Add sugar and vegetable oil. Mix.
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Bake in a well-heated skillet, lightly greased with butter, until golden brown.
- Honey: to taste
