The 'Giraffe' cake with marshmallows is a bright and unusual dessert that captivates with its appearance and rich chocolate flavor. Its base is a crispy layer of shortbread cookies covered with a delicate chocolate filling soaked in cream and milk, creating a creamy texture. The top layer of slightly toasted marshmallows adds caramel notes and softness, contrasting with the crunchy base. This dessert is perfect for cozy family evenings or festive gatherings, surprising guests with its original 'spotted' pattern reminiscent of a giraffe's coloring. Inspired by a love for chocolate, it combines simplicity in preparation with an exquisite taste that sweet tooths will appreciate. It is especially good warm when the marshmallows melt, creating a delicate cloud of sweetness.
