Their roots trace back to traditional Mediterranean snacks, where simplicity of ingredients meets richness of aromas. Butter adds tenderness, cheddar cheese brings sharpness, and fresh rosemary adds subtle spice complemented by a pinch of cayenne pepper. The coin shape of the cookies not only provides an original appearance but also convenience: these golden circles pair perfectly with a glass of wine, enhancing an evening aperitif or serve as a refined addition to a cheese platter.
