Vanilla Cream Cookies

Making these vanilla mascarpone cream cookies, which resemble miniature French macarons, is quite quick and easy.

Beat the soft butter and sugar (125 grams), then add the egg while continuing to beat on low speed.
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 170 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Sift the flour with baking powder and salt, add cocoa. Mix the dry mixture with milk to avoid lumps, and combine it with the egg-butter mixture. Knead the dough.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Milk: 100 ml

Place the dough in a pastry bag with a simple tip. Squeeze small circles of dough of the same size onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

While the cookies cool, mix the mascarpone with vanilla seeds and the remaining sugar. Fill a piping bag with this mixture. Squeeze some cream onto one cookie and cover it with another. The dessert is ready.
