In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix cream, sugar, salt, and sifted cocoa powder; cook for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved. Add broken pieces of 100 grams of chocolate and cook until melted. Remove from heat, add yogurt, and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate overnight.
- Cream 20%: 100 ml
- Sugar: 100 g
- Salt: pinch
- Cocoa powder: 30 g
- Dark chocolate: 120 g
- Greek yogurt: 450 g

Freeze in the freezer for ice cream according to the instructions, adding pre-crushed chocolate cookies and chocolate chips (20 grams) in the last few minutes of freezing. Transfer the finished yogurt to a container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to firm up.
