In a pot, bring the cider to a boil until its volume reduces to ¼ cup; let it cool.

In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, brown sugar, zest, and cider.

- Chicken egg (large): 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 0.3 glass
