For the test, mix eggs, warm milk, and melted butter. Add sugar, salt, and flour until the dough takes — about 600 grams, a packet of dry yeast (10 grams). Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

For the filling, melt the butter and mix it with sugar and cinnamon.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part into a rectangle, spread half of the filling, roll it into a log and cut into about 8 pieces. Place the resulting buns on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, optionally brush with egg yolk for a crust and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
