Butter log is a simple and incredibly delicious treat that comes from European culinary traditions. It resembles a sweet dessert comparable to a homemade version of popular bars. The rich nutty texture combines with the creamy tenderness of condensed milk and butter, creating a rich flavor that captivates from the first bite. Preparation requires no baking, and just a few hours in the freezer transforms a mixture of cookies, nuts, and condensed milk into a dense and aromatic roll. It’s the perfect dessert for cozy evenings, holidays, or just with a cup of hot coffee. The butter log stores easily in the cold, and its convenient shape allows for slicing portions just as desired. It melts in your mouth, leaving a pleasant creamy-nutty aftertaste that is unforgettable.
