Beat the egg, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt into a uniform mass until the sugar dissolves.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Butter: 125 g
- Sugar: 125 g

Add one spoon of milk and mix everything again

Gradually add the sifted flour and place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 250 g

After 30 minutes, take it out and roll it to a thickness of about 5-6mm, placing it on a baking mat or parchment paper. Sprinkle with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon and immediately cut the raw dough into diamonds.
