Pear mannik is a tender and aromatic pie that transports you to a cozy European café. Its roots trace back to classic baking where semolina is used to create an airy texture, and caramelized pears add incredible sweetness and depth of flavor. This dessert enchants with the harmony of creamy softness warmed by the spice of cinnamon and a refined hint of cognac. Mannik is perfect for a cozy tea time or festive gathering, complementing the moment with the warmth of homemade treats. Firm yet moderately sweet and infused with the aromas of melted butter, it remains soft even the next day, allowing you to savor its taste leisurely. This blend of classic and sophistication makes it an excellent choice for lovers of exquisite homemade pastries.
