Cottage cheese cookies with glaze are a delicate and aromatic treat from Russian cuisine. The dough is soft and airy thanks to the cottage cheese, while the sugar glaze adds a pleasant caramel sweetness. This recipe is especially popular in home baking as it requires minimal ingredients and time. The cookies have a crispy crust on the outside and a tender texture inside.
