Light cottage cheese cake is a delicate pastry with a soft, airy texture and pleasant creamy flavor. Its roots go back to traditional Russian cuisine, where cottage cheese holds an important place in cooking. The combination of cottage cheese, eggs, and butter makes this cake nutritious and aromatic. Baking soda adds extra lightness to the dough, while the golden crust gives it an appetizing look.
