The summer dessert 'Lima' is a delicate combination of airy meringue, fresh fruits, and creamy filling. Inspired by Italian dessert traditions, this recipe offers a harmony of sweetness and lightness, perfect for hot days. Bananas add softness, oranges provide a refreshing citrus tang, and strawberries add a bright berry accent. The layered structure makes the dessert not only aesthetically pleasing but also allows for enjoyment of diverse flavors. It is easy to prepare: meringue layers alternate with fruits and sweet cream, creating an airy texture that melts in your mouth. Chilled in the refrigerator, it becomes even tastier as it absorbs the aromas of the ingredients. This is the perfect treat for friendly gatherings and family evenings!
