Cottage cheese casserole with banana and cinnamon is a delicate and aromatic dish that embodies the coziness of home cooking. In Russian culinary tradition, cottage cheese casseroles have always been a symbol of simplicity and healthiness. The addition of banana adds a soft sweetness, while cinnamon brings warmth and richness to the flavor. Corn starch makes the texture airy, and milk and olive oil add juiciness. This dessert is perfect for breakfast or a light dinner and makes an excellent treat for children. The casserole comes out slightly browned at the edges with a tender center and can be served warm or chilled. It pairs wonderfully with honey, berries, or sour cream, enhancing the flavor palette of traditional Russian cuisine.
