Raw vegan cake 'Napoleon' is a refined blend of nuts, fruits, and aromatic spices that gives it a unique taste and delicate texture. Inspired by the classic French dessert, this version requires no heat treatment, preserving the natural sweetness of the ingredients. Crispy slices of apple and pear soaked in honey and lemon zest form the base of the cake, complemented by an almond-nut topping. Delicate notes of cinnamon and ginger highlight the elegant bouquet of flavors, while raisins add juiciness. This dessert is perfect for health-conscious eaters, providing enjoyment without heaviness. Chilled in the refrigerator, it gains special freshness, while mint and zest make it visually appealing. It is true culinary art in its natural, pure form.
