Coconut pie is a refined dessert of Ukrainian cuisine that combines the tenderness of cottage cheese and the aroma of coconut. It is not just a pie but a true work of art where coconut balls hide like pearls in soft two-colored dough. The history of the pie traces back to Western Ukraine, where the tradition of layered pies is passed down through generations. The taste is delicate, sweet with a hint of nuttiness, and the cream gives it a velvety texture. This dessert is perfect for cozy family tea times or festive gatherings, surprising not only with its flavor but also with its original presentation. Each serving is a harmony of flavors that awakens memories of warm evenings with loved ones.
