Grape muffins are a refined dessert that combines the delicate texture of airy dough with juicy grape berries. Their origin is linked to European baking traditions, where muffins are valued for their simplicity and versatility. Grapes add a light tartness that refreshes the sweet taste of the dough. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or as an exquisite dessert treat. They are easy to prepare: butter is mixed with sugar, eggs are added along with baking soda and flour, and then pieces of grapes are evenly distributed in the batter. Baked in the oven until golden brown, they acquire an appetizing aroma. They can be served warm with cream or jam or enjoyed as a standalone treat with a cup of aromatic coffee.

Melt the butter and mix it with sugar.
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 150 g
