Cheese pie in a multicooker is a cozy homemade treat with a tender texture and rich cheese flavor. Its roots trace back to European culinary traditions where simplicity of ingredients meets exquisite taste. This pie is soft with a light creamy note thanks to butter and mayonnaise. Italian herbs or dill add aromatic depth, highlighting the cheese nuances. It’s easy to prepare – knead the dough, place it in the multicooker, and patiently wait in 'Bake' mode. After cooking, it needs some time to cool for the structure to become perfect. This pie is great for breakfast or cozy home tea times, especially good with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee, complementing the taste with a light saltiness and airy tenderness.

1
Grate the cheese and add it to the softened butter. Add the egg and mayonnaise. You can add some Italian herbs. (I don't add Italian herbs. I add dill)
- Hard cheese: 80 g
- Butter: 80 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Seasonings: to taste
2
Mix everything thoroughly.
3
Add flour with baking powder and salt. Knead the dough.
- Wheat flour: 160 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
4
Place the dough in the pre-oiled multicooker container.
- Butter: 80 g
5
Cook in 'Baking' mode for 60 minutes (depends on your multicooker)
6
After baking, the pie should cool with the lid open. Only after that should it be removed from the multicooker.
