Spiced grain cookies with dates and no sugar are a refined and healthy dessert inspired by European culinary traditions. Its rich flavor is formed by the combination of oats and grain flakes, aromatic spices, and the natural sweetness of dates. Ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon fill the cookies with warmth and depth, creating a spiced harmony. Dates serve as a natural sugar substitute, giving the dough softness and richness. These cookies are perfect for morning coffee, cozy tea evenings, or on-the-go snacks. With whole grain flour and healthy ingredients, they not only delight in taste but also benefit the body. Crunchy or softer depending on baking time, they make an excellent choice for those who appreciate a balance of flavor and health.
