Banana casserole with yogurt is a delicate and aromatic dish that combines the freshness of fruits and the softness of a cottage cheese-yogurt mixture. This recipe originates from European cuisine, where simple and healthy desserts are valued. The casserole turns out airy, with subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon that give it a refined taste. Baked bananas caramelize, making the dish sweet without excess sugar. It can be served for breakfast or as a light dessert, complemented with sour cream or natural yogurt. Due to its simplicity in preparation and healthy ingredients, it is perfect for those who watch their diet but do not want to give up delicious treats.

1
Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs until smooth. The yogurt should be drinkable; dessert cups are not suitable. Ideally, it should contain no additives, just pure sour milk culture. A sour cream-like liquid should result.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Yogurt: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
2
Add cinnamon (half a teaspoon) and vanilla (on the tip of a knife) to the obtained mass. Mix well again.
- Cinnamon: to taste
- Vanilla: to taste
3
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Bananas: 4 pieces
4
Place the sliced bananas at the bottom of a heatproof dish. Pour the curd mass over them.
- Bananas: 4 pieces
5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cooking time is 25-30 minutes. The main sign of readiness is thickness and a golden crust.
6
Once the casserole has a nice golden color — it's ready! Serve with sour cream.
