Muffins with kefir, banana, and chocolate are a delicate treat with a rich flavor and airy texture. Their origin is linked to European cuisine, where muffins became a symbol of cozy family breakfasts. Kefir gives the dough special softness, while the combination of banana and chocolate adds sweetness and richness. During preparation, the dough surrounds pieces of fruit and chocolate, creating an appetizing filling. If desired, cocoa can be added to make some muffins chocolate-flavored. This is the perfect dessert for tea or coffee that delights not only with its taste but also with its aroma. Muffins can be decorated with powdered sugar for a touch of elegance. They are great for warm home evenings or festive gatherings, leaving pleasant memories of each bite.
