Sesame-flax buns with spices

Sesame and flaxseed rolls with spices are a fragrant and healthy addition to any table, inspired by European cuisine. The combination of flaxseed, sesame, and rye flour gives them a rich nutty flavor and tender texture. Kefir and milk add softness to the dough, while fiber enriches it with beneficial substances. The rolls are baked with an abundance of spices – cumin, chili flakes, dried basil, and sea salt – creating a bright, spicy aroma and pleasant zestiness. These rolls pair perfectly with soups, cheeses, and vegetable spreads. They can serve as a base for exquisite breakfasts or cozy snacks. Their rich flavor and crispy crust make them especially appealing to both health food enthusiasts and gourmets.
