Fruit and nut cake is the embodiment of natural sweetness and health benefits. Its roots trace back to European culinary traditions that value flavor harmony and natural ingredients. The cake's base consists of nuts soaked to reveal their delicate flavor, combined with dried fruits and honey to create a rich texture. The banana mousse cream adds tenderness, while the addition of hibiscus gives a subtle tartness and refined aroma. Fruits and sesame decorate the dessert, turning it into a true gastronomic masterpiece. This treat not only delights the palate but also offers health benefits—rich in vitamins and minerals, it is suitable for those who care about healthy eating. Perfect for cozy family tea gatherings or festive treats, bringing warm notes of natural ingredients into every bite.

We take the form where we will place the cake, it's better to sprinkle the bottom with sesame so that the dough doesn't stick to the dish (sesame can also be ground).
- Sesame: 50 g
7
We lay out a layer of dough.

We make the filling from bananas and honey, for example 3 bananas and 3 tablespoons of honey. We mix it in a blender to get a mousse, which we spread on top of the dough, then we add the next layer of dough.
- Bananas: 4 pieces
- Honey: 50 g
9
If you want to color the cake red, you need to grind dry hibiscus leaves (just a little, or it will be very sour) into powder and add it to the banana mousse. You can spread this on top of the cake and decorate with fruits and sesame. If the cake is tall, you can stick banana slices on the sides. If there's no honey, you can replace it with dates.
- Hibiscus: 50 g
- Sesame: 50 g
- Bananas: 4 pieces
- Green seedless grapes: 50 g
- Kiwi: 2 pieces
