Tartlets "Snegurochkina Cherry"

4 servings

40 minutes

The 'Snegurochka's Cherry' tarts are an exquisite dessert embodying a winter fairy tale. Crispy almond dough and a delicate mascarpone and cottage cheese cream complemented by juicy cherries create a harmony of flavors: sweet, slightly nutty with a refreshing berry tartness. This dessert evokes snowy winter evenings when frosty freshness combines with the cozy warmth of home baking. Cherry is a symbol of passion and mystery, and its combination with the airy texture of the cream makes the tarts a true festive treat. They are served at formal dinners as well as an elegant snack for tea. The simplicity of preparation and refined taste make them an ideal choice for special occasions or just to enjoy the moment. The sweet powder covering the tarts resembles the first snow, giving the dessert a magical charm.
