For the tartlets, mix flour, powdered sugar, and ground almonds, and chop with butter until crumbly. Lightly beat the egg yolk with milk and pour it into the dough. Gently knead the dough with your fingertips, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grease the molds with butter and lightly dust with flour.
- Ground almonds: 3 tablespoons

Divide the dough into 12 parts, roll each into a circle, place in molds and press to the bottom. Cover each with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10–12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 3–5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the prepared items from the molds and cool on a rack.

For the filling, thoroughly drain the syrup from the canned cherries, and thaw the frozen ones at room temperature, then drain the juice. Mix mascarpone with cottage cheese and powdered sugar, and distribute it into tartlets. Decorate each pastry with berries and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
