Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in warm milk and mix in the yeast.
- Milk: 1 glass
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Dry yeast: 7 g

Mix flour with a pinch of salt and incorporate beaten eggs into it.
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Salt: pinch
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Add milk to the flour, then mix in the soft butter and knead the dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm, draft-free spot. The rising time for the dough is usually 1 to 2 hours. (One kneading is required).

After the dough rises, we divide it into two parts. Roll out each part (it will form a rectangle), generously spread soft butter and sprinkle with a filling of cinnamon and remaining sugar.

Roll it up. Cut into slices of 4-5 cm.

Place the buns on a parchment-lined tray (let the dough rise and then send it to the oven for 20 minutes). Temperature 175 degrees.
