Prepare a baking tray. Line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a water bath or microwave.
- Dark chocolate: 150 g

Whip the egg whites to a firm white foam. If the mass holds on the whisk, the egg whites are ready. Gradually add sugar while continuing to whip. Start adding chocolate; it should not be cold. Mix the chocolate and egg whites with a fork to create a 'marble' effect. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.

- Sugar: 200 g
- Dark chocolate: 150 g
