Dissolve starch in 50 ml of milk, leave it.
- Cornstarch: 4 teaspoons
- Milk 3.2%: 200 ml

In a small saucepan, mix the remaining milk, cream, salt, and sugar, stir, place over medium heat, bring to almost a boil, pour in the cornstarch milk, and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, add cream cheese, and mix until smooth. Add Baileys and brandy, and mix again until smooth. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
- Milk 3.2%: 200 ml
- Cream 30%: 200 ml
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 90 g
- Cream cheese: 50 g
- Baileys liqueur: 3 tablespoons
- Brandy: 2 teaspoons

Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer and freeze according to the instructions. In the last couple of minutes of freezing, drizzle melted milk chocolate over the ice cream, wait for the chocolate 'streams' to set, then transfer the ice cream to a container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to harden.
- Milk chocolate: 75 g

If there is no freezer, immediately pour the mixture into a container, place it in the freezer, and stir the contents every 20-30 minutes until fully frozen.

Before serving, pour melted milk chocolate over the ice cream, let it harden in the 'magic shell', and optionally drizzle with an extra portion of Baileys.
