Take the butter out of the fridge in advance to soften it to room temperature.
- Butter: 150 g

Mix flour with baking powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater. Mix the grated cheese with butter until smooth.
- Wheat flour: 190 g
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Sweet paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.3 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese: 150 g

Now mix the flour mixture and the cheese-butter mixture. Do not knead for long — you just need to get a uniform dough.
- Wheat flour: 190 g
- Parmesan cheese: 150 g
- Butter: 150 g

From the resulting dough, shape sausages with a diameter of about 5 cm.

Beat the eggs until smooth and coat the sausages on all sides. Sprinkle Provencal herbs on the plastic wrap laid out on the work surface and roll the sausages in them, trying to distribute the herbs evenly. Wrap the sausages in the plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Use a sharp thin knife to cut the sausages into slices about 1 cm thick. Place the cookies on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and brush with egg. Put the cookies in the preheated oven for 13-18 minutes. They should brown nicely and be baked through.
