This cheesecake, made from Russian products, is a tender and velvety dessert with a rich cottage cheese flavor. The crispy cookie base with light notes of butter gives it a special texture. The creamy filling with vanilla and sour cream creates a harmonious blend of sweetness and slight acidity. The history of cheesecake traces back to Europe, but its adaptation to Russian ingredients makes it accessible and beloved by many. It pairs perfectly with berries that add freshness and a hint of tartness. It is best served chilled to reveal the full depth of its flavor.
