Take the kefir out of the fridge in advance and let it warm to room temperature.
- Kefir: 1 glass

Mix sugar, salt, baking soda, and both types of flour.
- Sugar: 0.5 tablespoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Flaxseed flour: 0.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
