Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl.

Add room temperature sunflower oil to the kefir.

Add salt and sugar to the mixture of kefir and sunflower oil. Mix well.

Add dry yeast to the sifted flour and mix them together.

Combine yeast with flour in a bowl with a mixture of kefir, sunflower oil, salt, and sugar.

We knead a soft, elastic dough. We place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a dry towel, and put it in a warm place to rise.

We sauté cabbage, boil eggs, and add onion (I prefer it with fresh onion).
- White cabbage: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Onion: 30 g

We divide the dough into two parts. We roll one part and place it in a greased form.
- Vegetable oil: 130 ml

We place stewed cabbage on the dough.

Roll out the second part of the dough and place it on the filling. Pinch the edges.

We brush the pie with egg yolk. This step can be skipped. The pie will brown nicely without it.

Let the pie sit at room temperature for 20-25 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise a little again. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Bake the pie for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cover with a dry towel.
