Pour water over the rice and cook on medium heat until it absorbs all the water. Add about 2/3 cup of milk, stir, and let the milk absorb completely.

- Water: 0.6 glass

Then add the remaining milk, sugar, salt, throw in the butter, and remove from heat. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
