Mix sugar with 1 cup of water to prepare syrup (gelatin can be added to improve the gelling process), add starch and boil, adding citric acid and vanillin at the end.
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Cornstarch: 1 glass
- Vanillin: 0.2 teaspoon
- Citric acid: 10 g

After boiling, pour the cooled mass into trays lined with parchment paper, let it thicken, and cut into rectangular pieces after 4 hours.
