1
We mix sour cream with sugar.
- Sour cream: 300 g
- Sugar: 3 teaspoons
2
We divide the puff pastry into two parts; if there are two layers in the package, we roll it out a bit and put it in the oven at 180 degrees. The pastry should rise and become golden. We do the same with the second layer, cut the pastry across, resulting in 4 layers. We spread sour cream on each layer and sprinkle with berries, then assemble the cake, no need for the last one.
- Puff pastry: 1 piece
- Sour cream: 300 g
- Fresh berries: 300 g
3
We put it in the fridge to cool and set.
