Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour the bottom of the pan.

Mix together flour, oats, bran, flour, baking powder, prepared raisins, and salt.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Oat flakes: 1 glass
- Oat bran: 1 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Raisin: 100 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg: to taste
- Cardamom: to taste

Mash the bananas in a blender or with a fork, chop the nuts medium.
- Bananas: 5 piece
- Roasted walnuts: 130 g

Mix together banana puree, sauce, and eggs. Add to the dry ingredients mixture. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Mix in the nuts. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, cover the top with foil to prevent burning.
