It emerged as an alternative to traditional egg cookies, maintaining softness and lightness thanks to the cottage cheese. The recipe uses minimal ingredients – cottage cheese, margarine, and flour, making it accessible for any cook. Combine softened margarine with cottage cheese and mix well. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Margarine: 250 g
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 250 g

Divide the dough into small pieces. Form a sausage from each piece. Cut the sausages into 4 cm wide pieces. Roll each piece into flatbreads.

Dip the flatbreads in sugar on one side. Fold them in half with the sugar inside. Dip the semicircle back in sugar and fold it sweet side in, then dip the triangle in sugar one last time and place the cookie on the baking sheet with the sugar side up.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180–200 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
