Oatmeal cake with yogurt is a delicate and healthy treat, perfect for morning tea or a light snack. Inspired by Russian culinary traditions, this dessert combines the airy texture of oatmeal flour with the rich flavors of honey and cinnamon. Made in the microwave, it becomes a quick and convenient baking option without long waiting times. Nuts add a slight crunch, while the fruity yogurt sauce fills the cake with fresh notes and makes it juicier. It's ideal for those watching their diet as it contains minimal sugar and healthy ingredients. A great choice for those who want to indulge without harming their health!

1
We grind the oats and bran in a blender into flour. Set aside.
- Oatmeal: 30 g
- Wheat bran: 20 g
2
Whip the egg white, add milk, honey, cinnamon if desired.
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Milk 1%: 30 ml
- Honey: 10 g
- Cinnamon: to taste
3
Pour our prepared flour into the egg-milk mixture and mix thoroughly. JUST NOT IN A BLENDER! It will be hard to clean later — the mixture becomes very thick.
- Oatmeal: 30 g
- Wheat bran: 20 g
4
Place the mixture in a microwave-safe container and decorate with nuts.
- Almond: 5 piece

I set it for 2 minutes - everything turned out fine. I was afraid to set it for longer because it might get very dry. And it's not very juicy as it is. That's why we're making a sauce.

Mix yogurt and fruit in a blender until pureed. You can customize it to your taste: add honey, cinnamon, any nuts or fruits. I made the least calorie dish, but it should be tasty!

- Apple: 100 g
- Honey: 10 g
- Cinnamon: to taste
- Almond: 5 piece

Take the cake out of the microwave, cut it into pieces, and drizzle with sauce.
