Mash a portion of cottage cheese (120 g) with egg yolks and 1/3 sugar (you can add more for a sweeter dough). Add baking soda or powder. Gradually mix in the flour. Leave the resulting dough in the refrigerator for an hour.

Mix the remaining cottage cheese and sugar. You can add sour cream or milk if the filling is not soft enough.

Preheat the oven to 180–200 degrees. Roll out the dough to 3–5 mm, place the filling on half of the dough, cover with the other half. Roll into a log and cut into cookies (about 1 cm). Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
