Cut the bananas into small pieces. Melt the butter. Blend everything (except for honey and blueberries) at high speed for 2-3 minutes. Lightly grease the pan with butter and fry small pancakes over medium heat.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Milk: 165 ml
- Oat flakes: 375 g
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Soda: 1 teaspoon

Blueberry syrup. In a saucepan, mix honey with 1 cup of blueberries and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat and cook until thickened for another 5-10 minutes. Add the second cup of blueberries and remove from heat. Stir and let cool slightly. Serve warm over pancakes.
