Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water (0.5 cup) for 30 minutes.
- Gelatin: 20 g

Blend sugar, cottage cheese, and sour cream.
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 200 g
- Sour cream: 250 g

Heat the milk (about 4 tablespoons) in a saucepan over low heat (important not to let it boil, just to make it slightly hot). Add the gelatin and dissolve it in the milk while stirring. Add the gelatin to the resulting curd mass.

Divide the mass into 3 parts. Add cocoa to one (do not mix cocoa too well with a fork), mix the second part with crushed cookies (but not to crumbs - coarser), leave the third part white.

Line the mold (deeper) with food film. Pour in 2 tablespoons alternately. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
