- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Dry cottage cheese: 400 g
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

Add flour and knead an elastic dough.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons

Separate a piece of dough slightly smaller than the future cheese pancake. Insert a piece of chocolate.
- Chocolate: 100 g
