Chocolate muffins with chocolate are the embodiment of French culinary art, combining the rich taste of cocoa with the delicate texture of milk chocolate. The origins of the recipe date back to the 19th century when muffins began to win the hearts of gourmets in Europe. Their velvety structure and rich cocoa aroma make them an ideal treat for morning coffee or a cozy tea time. Thanks to the use of butter and vanilla sugar, they have a softness and subtle vanilla note, while melting chocolate pieces provide special pleasure with every bite. These muffins are easy to prepare, require no complex ingredients, and always turn out delicious. They can be served with berries or light cream, adding freshness and variety to the flavor. French perfection in every bite!

1
Cut 2/3 of the chocolate into pieces (as you like). Melt the butter. Add sugar to it and mix. Add the eggs and mix.
- Milk chocolate: 100 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Sugar: 10 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
2
Add chocolate pieces, cocoa, and mix.
- Milk chocolate: 100 g
- Cocoa: 1 tablespoon

Many add baking powder (10 g — 2 teaspoons), but I didn't have it, so I added 0.5 teaspoon of soda. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture, stirring; the dough should not be too thick.
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

I didn't grease the molds. I bought paper ones and filled them 2/3 full. Send to the preheated oven. Bake for about 25-30 minutes on low heat. Check with a toothpick.
