Add cottage cheese to the margarine and whip.
- Margarine: 200 g
- Cottage cheese: 400 g

Add flour and knead a stiff dough. Sugar is not added to the dough.
- Wheat flour: 480 g

Divide the dough into several parts, roll out one part not too thin, and cut out circles with a glass. Do this with all parts. The dough rolls out easily.

Pour sugar into a dish and coat each circle in sugar.
- Sugar: 100 g

Wrap each piece of dough with sugar inside and roll it in sugar again. Perform this 'procedure' with all the dough circles.

Fold each circle again and place on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Margarine: 200 g
