Mix all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
- Natural yoghurt: 500 g
- Fructose: 10 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Frozen berries: 450 g

Pour into a container and freeze for 1 hour.

Remove and mix with a fork. Repeat 2 more times, then freeze until firm.

Take out the yogurt 30 minutes before serving. Place it in chilled bowls and serve.
