- Powdered sugar: 0.5 glass

Roast the nuts in a pan and chop them.

Combine dry ingredients and crushed nuts.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Semolina: 0.5 glass
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom: 1 teaspoon

Add dry ingredients to the butter cream and knead the dough by hand.
- Butter: 200 g
- Powdered sugar: 0.5 glass
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Nuts: 0.2 glass

Divide the dough into four parts and shape them into rectangles.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and place four pieces of dough on it. Use a fork to mark the cookies on each piece.
